Bookmarks link all the chapters and sections from the sidebar of your PDF reader, making it much easier to navigate around the book:

This is a huge (and long overdue) quality-of-life improvement—I hope you'll take advantage of it and get the new versions!

(I've also fixed the page numbers in the tables of contents, which were inexplicably incorrect.)
